Dubai, once a desert outpost, has undergone a remarkable transformation, cementing its global reputation as a powerhouse in the luxury real estate market. The city is now home to some of the priciest homes in the world. The Sky Mansion at the Bugatti Residences in Business Bay is currently the most expensive penthouse on the market in the city. The Bugatti Residences is the only one of its kind worldwide, and this luxurious home occupies the top three floors of the tower, covering an impressive 44,214 square feet. One of the standout features is a special car lift system that allows the owner to drive straight into their home and park their car in the living area. The penthouse when completed will come with a private rooftop swimming pool and ground-floor parking akin to a high-end showroom capable of accommodating 20 cars. The building has a distinctive design and even includes an artificial beach inspired by the French Riviera. This Sky Mansion comes with an AED 750 million price tag and is equipped with an indoor swimming pool, private gym, gaming room, cinema, and two kitchens.

Inspired by Jacob & Co.'s iconic timepieces, the duplex apartment is named after their most expensive watch, the ‘Billionaire’. The penthouse is perched 1,600 feet above ground and will feature an indoor infinity pool facing the Burj Khalifa, a gym, sauna, and multiple living areas. Upstairs features a movie theatre, family lounge, billiards area, and a massive primary suite. This lavish residence spans 27,000 sq. ft, including 13,000 sq. ft. of outdoor space, and features a private pool, a dedicated lobby, and two private elevators. Residents will enjoy sweeping ocean views, along with Dubai's skyline, the Burj Al Arab, and the project's exclusive marina. This three-floor residence is one of three in the exclusive development and will feature 52,749 sq. ft. of living space with generous indoor and outdoor areas.
